Each AI-powered action uses 1 credit: generating a pattern, fixing tiling, or enhancing resolution. Exporting at 4K uses 1 credit for AI enhancement, and 8K uses 2 credits. Exports at 2K or below are free. You'll always see the cost and confirm before credits are spent.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire. Buy a pack today, use the credits whenever you want — next week, next year, or whenever a project comes up.

What's the difference between Standard and Bulk packs?

Same pack contents, different sizes. The Standard pack is sized for occasional use. The Bulk pack contains 12× the credits at a 20% better per-credit rate — best if you know you'll use a lot. Both are one-time payments; neither auto-renews.

What happens when I buy a higher-tier pack?

Your feature access unlocks permanently. Buy a Pro pack once and you have Pro features (8K export, TIFF/PDF, AI enhance, print-ready) forever, even after those credits run out. Buying a smaller pack later doesn't take features away — you keep your highest tier.

Export formats and resolution limits depend on your tier. Free includes PNG and JPG at up to 2K. Starter adds WEBP and 4K. Pro and Max unlock TIFF, PDF, and full 8K resolution at 300 DPI. When exporting at 4K or 8K, your pattern is automatically AI-enhanced for crisp, print-quality results.

What are print-ready features?

Pro and Max tiers include CMYK color mode (TIFF export), PDF with bleed margins and crop marks, and ICC color profile embedding — everything you need for professional print production.

What about the textile production tools on Max?

The Max tier reserves a set of textile-production-specific features: multi-colorway export (3-6 variants in one click), strike-off / sampling package (swatch + full repeat + tech-sheet PDF), and color separations with Pantone TCX lookup and ICC profiles. These are launching as a Max-only add-on; buying a Max pack today reserves access for when they ship.
