This Refund Policy governs all credit pack purchases made through Pattern Weaver at patternweaver.ai. By purchasing a pack, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Pattern Weaver sells credit packs as one-time purchases. Each pack provides a fixed number of Credits and a permanent feature-tier unlock (Starter, Pro, or Max). There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge. Each generative action (pattern creation, tiling fix, enhancement, advanced export) consumes one or more Credits.
Refund requests are assessed based on when the request is submitted and how much of the pack's Credits have been consumed.
If no Credits from the purchased pack have been used and the request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the charge date, a full refund will be issued. Upon refund, the unused Credits granted by that pack are removed from your Account. Any feature-tier unlock granted by that pack is also reverted, unless an earlier pack of the same or higher tier had previously been purchased.
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
Credits are only deducted upon the successful completion of a generative action. If a generation fails due to a system error, server timeout, or infrastructure issue on our end, no Credit is deducted (or any provisional deduction is automatically restored).
If you believe a Credit was incorrectly deducted, contact support@patternweaver.ai with the approximate date and time, and a description of the error. We will investigate and restore any incorrectly consumed Credits within two (2) business days.
Dissatisfaction with the aesthetic quality of a successfully generated pattern does not constitute a failed generation. AI-generated results vary based on input parameters.
Packs are one-time purchases. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to stop. When you need more Credits, you decide whether and when to buy another pack. Your library and feature unlocks persist regardless of how recently you last purchased.
You may purchase additional packs at any time. New Credits are added to your existing balance. Each pack purchase is an independent transaction and assessed for refund eligibility on its own merits under Section 2.
Buying a higher-tier pack while at a lower tier upgrades your feature unlocks permanently. Buying a lower-tier pack while at a higher tier still adds Credits but does not change your unlocked tier — you keep the highest level reached.
Customers who subscribed to Pattern Weaver before the credit-pack model launched (May 2026) retain their subscriptions on the original terms. Legacy subscriptions continue to renew monthly, with monthly Credit allotments and the cancellation rules in force at the time of subscription.
If you hold a legacy subscription, you may continue with it indefinitely, or cancel through the billing portal in your Account page. After cancellation, your Account reverts to the standard pack-purchase model for any future Credit needs.
Contact us at support@patternweaver.ai before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

All prices and refund amounts are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Refunds are processed in USD. If your payment method is denominated in another currency, the refunded amount in your local currency may differ from the original charge due to exchange rate fluctuations. Any fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
Email support@patternweaver.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include: your account email, pack name, charge date, and reason for the request.
We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and notify you of our decision within five (5) business days. Approved refunds are processed within five to ten (5–10) business days and returned to the original payment method. Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Changes apply only to purchases made after the updated effective date.
